Today was the perfect day – well maybe not “perfect”, but really good!
Start the day around 9:30am, laze around around until around 2pm…
Then go to New River State Park…where we were 2 years ago when Joe retired…except this time we walked the trails….
I am positive that the whole trail was uphill! Not really… only half was…but it felt like it!
Great weather…upper 70’s walking in the woods….nice…except for the above mentioned uphill part!
Supposed to rain tomorrow…we’ll see…
You see the 87 mile mark? I think it was 87 miles…all uphill! Actually it was 2.4 miles…uphill!!!
That’s my dad’s shirt I’m wearing…I just like wearing them… I have several…Miss my Daddy!
This was the end…for me…Joe went and got the car from here…probably 100 yards…all uphill!!
He brought me water and an air conditioned car!!! He was kind of cute… so I got in the car with him!! Haha!
