Ok…we got up off the couch today! We went to Moses Cone Park to pick one of the 11 walking trails to check the exercise box for the day!
We settled on a 3.2 mile course. I take back all the times I laughed at my dad when he said he walked to school in ND in the snow – BOTH ways UPHILL! IT REALLY IS A THING! I am positive that all 3.2 miles were uphill! It whooped me, but I did it!
We “shopped” in the gift store afterward but Joe wouldn’t buy me the 8 inch blown glass “art” that was $300! He’s so cheap! Haha!
After that walk went and had a nice steak dinner!
