We are almost 1/2 way through our trip! Already!
We have been under several weather advisories in the past 2+ weeks – freeze advisory; snow, sleet, and ice advisories; and wind advisories.
Today is it above 32 degrees! The snow is melting. It is almost gone is places where the sun shines. The dirt road we “live” on it really muddy and messy. The four wheel drive Explorer is still getting us up the hill. Everyone who has come to stay in the cabin next door has not had as good of luck. They come with their big trucks thinking that the truck can get up the really steep hill to get to the cabin. Well, one took an hour and a half of getting stuck and/or sliding backward. Another got towed up with a tractor. It’s been entertaining!
Here are a few photos from the last week or so…..
It was snowing during our walk. People were trout fishing in this !
Blowing snow on the deck Ice from the roof Christmas tree farm Lots of them here! There is ice – outside! Ice… Ice…
Beautiful! I hope it have been
very relaxing for yall. Much love!!
